 Workshops
 A number of years ago, I learned the truth of the axiom, "teach what you want to learn." I love the nuances of the craft of writing the way a painter or a musician or a physicist loves the craft associated with their passion. Having the chance to talk with other writers about writing is always fun—a time when we can share with one another without our audience glazing over with sheer boredom.
I've had wonderful mentors and teachers along this journey of becoming a professional writer. Presenting workshops is one way of giving back and of passing along the gift.
I'm a frequent presenter at regional writer's conferences, and I've been a workshop presenter at Romance Writers of America's national conference. All of my workshops are designed to be interactive and encourage audience participation.
